Mr. Jones comes to the Law Offices of Charles D. Naylor from Coppenrath Jones, where he was a key member of the legal team defending the pilot of the M/V COSCO BUSAN, a 68,000-ton container ship, that struck the Oakland-Bay Bridge in November 2007. Prior to Coppenrath Jones, Mr. Jones worked in the Admiralty Group of two large, national firms representing ocean carriers and other maritime businesses.
Mr. Jones is a Procter in Admiralty as designated by the United States Maritime Law Association and holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an objective indicator of his high ethical standards and professional ability.
