This summer we told you about Hot Coffee, a documentary that aired on HBO, exposing the truth about tort reform and the “poster child” for so-called frivolous lawsuits – the McDonald’s hot coffee case. On Tuesday, October 25, the director of Hot Coffee, Susan Saladoff, was a featured guest on Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report.
